Shipping and Return/Exchange Policy

Shipping and Handling:

- Shipping & Handling costs: vary
- We will ship only within the continental United States (48 contiguous United States) & beginning August 2014 we ship to Canada.
- Most items will ship within 48 hours of payment clearance unless advertised differently.
- Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only. No shipments will be made on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
- Our standard delivery method: USPS First Class Mail. Please allow 1-5 business days from shipment date to receive your order.
- APO, FPO, and PO Boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Please notify us to confirm proper shipping method arrangements.
- Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping, handling, and applicable taxes/duties on orders. The above expected delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping costs will not be refunded for delayed deliveries.

Product Return Policy:

- All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of original purchase.
- Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping and insurance costs for returns. We highly recommend that you insure your return shipments.
- Please be sure to include all products (including original packaging) received during the original purchase when returning your package. This will help to insure a timely and successful return process.
- All refunds will take approximately 2-3 weeks to process.

Product Exchange Policy:

- All exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of original purchase.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for the return of the product. We highly recommend that you insure your exchange shipments. FFLChampions.com will pay for the shipping costs for the return shipment to the buyer
- Please be sure to include all products (including original packaging) received during the original purchase when exchanging your package. This will help to insure a timely and successful exchange process.
- Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days from the receipt date of the exchanged product. Our standard delivery method on exchanged merchandise is USPS First Class Mail delivery. Please allow 1-5 business days from shipment date to receive your exchange.
